Checkout is available only for eligible Bengaluru delivery addresses. Shipping is included in the listed price of all seven cards.
1. Where TDC ships
Checkout accepts only delivery PIN codes in TDC’s verified Bengaluru service area. Eligibility is checked before payment. Addresses outside that area cannot complete checkout yet. TDC may expand the service area later and will update this page when it does.
2. Simple delivery profiles
- Flat and small paper goods, including cards or printed Reader releases: ordinarily dispatched within 3–5 business days unless marked preorder or made-to-order.
- Small objects and parcels: processing and delivery estimates will be stated on the product page and at checkout.
- Large, fragile, framed or one-of-one work: quote-only delivery, specialist courier or Bengaluru collection/local delivery. No automated national rate will be promised before the object is assessed.
3. Delivery charges
The Birthday Experience Card 001 is ₹349. Cards 002–007 are ₹199 each. Shipping to eligible Bengaluru PIN codes is included; the customer-facing shipping charge is ₹0.
4. Timelines
Any delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production time and transit time are separate. Weekends, public holidays, address verification, preorder schedules, severe weather, carrier disruption and remote postcodes can add time. TDC will communicate a material known delay and provide tracking when the chosen service supports it.
5. Address and failed delivery
Check the full name, phone number required by the carrier, PIN code and address before payment. Contact TDC immediately if something is wrong. If an order has not been dispatched, we will try to correct it. Additional cost caused by an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery may need to be resolved before redelivery, subject to applicable law.
6. Loss or visible damage
If tracking shows an unexplained delay or loss, contact info@thedecembercompany.com with the order reference. If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening where safe and report the issue within 48 hours. This reporting period helps TDC pursue the carrier; it does not remove rights that cannot legally be limited.
7. International customs
For any individually approved international delivery, the quote will state whether duties and taxes are included. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, local restrictions and customs delay. TDC will not ask for payment until the delivery route has been confirmed.
8. Delivery support
Email info@thedecembercompany.com with your reference and delivery postcode. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
