Can I send it directly to the recipient?

Enter the delivery name, phone and eligible Bengaluru address at checkout. Use your email for order updates. For a personalised message or a delivery request, contact TDC before ordering; do not assume it is included.

Can I write inside it?

The card includes a place to sign and write something to remember about the day.

What exactly is included?

The current product listing includes the printed Birthday Experience Card, instruction card, vellum, seal and presentation packaging. The pictured presents and cake are illustrations and digital experience elements, not separate physical items.

Where do you deliver?

What if the card is damaged?

Contact TDC with your order reference and photographs of the damage and packaging. See Returns & refunds for the existing policy.

What if the QR or key fails?

Follow the printed instruction and check the key for typing errors. If access still fails, contact TDC with your order reference or purchase details. Do not post a card key publicly.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Contact TDC with your order reference as soon as possible. Cancellation depends on the order’s fulfilment status. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually under the Returns & refunds policy.
